At Two Hearts Bridal our specialty is serving the budget conscious bride and brides on short timelines in Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse, NY. All of our wedding dresses are under $2,500, for dresses out of our collection, and most are priced between $999-$1,999. We pride ourselves on being size inclusive and have wedding dresses in stock in sizes 2-34! If you want to check out our inventory from home before your appointment, please view our Pinterest board. If you are hoping to stay under $1,000 for your dress, please visit this Pinterest board to view our Clearance Dresses! We also have a selection of Couture gowns available up to $2,499. Please know that our inventory changes daily, but we try to keep these boards as up to date as possible!

On the form below, “Event Date” is your wedding date. If you have not booked a wedding date yet, please select an approximate date and make a note in the comments section.
If you are a friend or family member requesting a fitting room reservation for a bride, we require the
BRIDE’S INFORMATION (name, phone number, and email address)
to be inputted into this form. The reservation will not be booked until we can get in touch directly with the bride!

Please only request an appointment at one of our stores. Each of our stores has unique specialties and are best suited for different brides. Please choose the store that is best for you! If you are not sure which store is the better fit for you, please give us a call or send us an email and we can help guide you!

Cancellation Policies
Bridal Appointment
Should you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, for any reason, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to give the time to another bride. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no showed, the credit card on file will be charged a $50 fee. We can allow 1 reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, because we understand that life can happen, but if the rescheduled appointment is cancelled at any point or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice again, or no showed, the card on file will be charged the $50 cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations are very detrimental to our business. We respectfully ask that you only book an appointment that you are confident that you can attend.
Celebrate & Graze Bridal Appointment
Should you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, for any reason, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to give the time to another bride. If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no showed, the $99 fee for the appointment is non-refundable. We can allow 1 reschedule and transfer the fee as long as we have more than 48 hours’ notice, because we understand that life can happen, but we also need to be able to reschedule the food order. Last minute cancellations are very detrimental to our business. We respectfully ask that you only book an appointment that you are confident that you can attend.
Private Suite Bridal Appointment
Should you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, for any reason, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to give the time to another bride. If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no showed, the $149 fee for the appointment is non-refundable. We can allow 1 reschedule and transfer the fee as long as we have more than 48 hours’ notice, because we understand that life can happen. Last minute cancellations are very detrimental to our business. We respectfully ask that you only book an appointment that you are confident that you can attend.
Private Suite VIP Bridal Appointment
Should you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, for any reason, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to give the time to another bride. If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no showed, the $299 fee for the appointment is non-refundable. We can allow 1 reschedule and transfer the fee as long as we have more than 48 hours’ notice, because we understand that life can happen, but we also need to be able to reschedule the food order.
