Bridal Appointment

At Two Hearts Bridal, you will find a hands-on bridal experience starting with your one-on-one Virtual Consultation prior to your in-person appointment. Your bridal appointment will take place in one of our gorgeous semi-private fitting rooms where we can accommodate up to 6 guests in addition to yourself, so you can have all of your trusted supporters with you when you find your gown! Your bridal appointment is booked for 90-minutes, so you have plenty of time to try on lots of gowns and make your decision! At Two Hearts Bridal, we sell our gowns right out of our collection, so it is super important to come to your appointment both financially and emotionally prepared to find your gown. There is no charge for this experience.*

*We do require a credit card on file which will only be charged a $50 fee for late cancellations under 48 hours' notice, or if the appointment is no showed.

Bridal Appointment Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, for any reason, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to give the time to another bride. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no showed, the credit card on file will be charged a $50 fee. We can allow 1 reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, because we understand that life can happen, but if the rescheduled appointment is cancelled at any point or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice again, or no showed, the card on file will be charged the $50 cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations are very detrimental to our business. We respectfully ask that you only book an appointment that you are confident that you can attend.
