Sarah started her career in bridal in 2005 as a Junior in high school working for the former owner of Heart to Heart Bridal. In 2019, Sarah & Ryan purchased Heart to Heart and rebranded our Manchester location as Two Hearts Bridal! Sarah is a graduate of Penfield High School and Nazareth College and is currently a resident of Webster. When Sarah is not at Two Hearts Bridal or our sister store, Heart to Heart Bride, you will most likely find her spending time with her husband (and co-owner) Ryan, and their dog Daisy!
Amy Payne

Amy began working at Two Hearts Bridal in 2019 and she has spent many years working with brides. From wedding photography to wedding planning & coordinating, and now wedding gowns, she has a passion for making brides’ dreams come true! Amy was born and raised in Harmony, North Carolina. She spent 7 years on the Carolina coast, where she attended business school at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Amy is an avid animal & nature lover! When she isn’t working with brides, you can find her boating on Cayuga Lake, finding a new trail to hike, chasing pretty sunsets, or snuggling up on the couch with her dog and her cat.
Bridget Colbert
Assistant Manager
Bridget joined our team in November of 2019. Bridget’s passion for working with brides is like no other! Her background is mostly in the food service industry (which she is super passionate about too!), and she had previously worked with brides as an event coordinator both out of state, and locally at the Del Monte! Bridget is a mom to two adorable twin boys, Max and Charlie, and loves being a part of her big Irish family! Bridget married her husband, Dylan, in June of 2022!
Cassandra Wallace
STYLIST & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Cassandra began working part-time at Heart to Heart Bridal in Manchester, NY as a high school student and throughout her college years while she pursued an associate degree in Marketing. This is where her passion for working with brides truly began. She loves styling and connecting with brides and getting to be a part of the most special day of their lives. Cassandra took a brief hiatus from the bridal industry but is so excited to be back working as Social Media Manager and Stylist for Two Hearts Bridal! When she’s not creating content or helping brides, you can find her spending time with her family and friends, reading a good book, or serving at her church!
Denise Dolph
STYLIST
Denise joined the Two Hearts team in April 2022. She is new to the bridal industry but is right in her element! Denise is an Occupational Therapist and loves helping others. She is from Weedsport, NY and moved to the Canandaigua area after she graduated from Keuka College in 2017. Denise is a super creative person and enjoys all types of art and design. When she isn’t working with brides, you can find Denise working as an OT, exploring the Finger Lakes, or spending time with her Australian shepherds, Ruby and Griffin!
Jeannine Drexel
Lead stylist
Jeannine joined our team in August of 2021. She was born and raised in Rochester and moved to Canandaigua in 2018. She has worked in the profession of dentistry as a Dental Hygienist for 25 years. She has a passion for helping people and creating beautiful smiles. This passion is furthered as she works with brides and sees the beaming smile on their face when they find the dress for their special day. Jeannine has two beautiful daughters in their twenties. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family or reading a book by the lake.
Gabby Vermeire
Stylist
Gabby joined the Two Hearts team in May of 2023! She has been working with brides for a few years now and has found a true passion for it! She loves to see a bride find their confidence in a gown and the celebration that follows that special moment. Outside of work, Gabby is pursuing master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends!
Montana Cunningham
Runner/Stylist
Montana joined our team in January of 2022. Having never worked in bridal before, she was so excited for a new adventure and opportunity to create life moments with brides! She has loved her job here as a runner & stylist, admiring the way brides light up when they try on dresses for the first time or find their perfect gown. Montana is so excited to move forward in her career with brides. Outside of work, she loves being with friends and family and is always ready for a fun time!
