Part-Time Bridal Stylist

A Part-Time Bridal Stylists primary job responsibility is taking bridal appointments and working with our brides to help them find their dream dress. A Pull-Time Bridal Stylist will also do virtual consultations over Zoom and help maintain the appearance of the store and our collection of gowns. Someone who would make a great Part-Time Bridal Stylist is a person who is confident, yet kind, has great leadership skills and is a critical thinker and problem solver. Part-Time BRIDAL STYLIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking bridal appointments and guiding the bride through her experience to find her dream dress.

  • Maintaining the appearance of the store and doing any tasks delegated by the Store Manager

  • Dressing mannequins and changing window displays

  • Creating content for social media

  • Answering the phone to answer questions.

  • Virtual consultations

  • Receiving and steaming new merchandise and/or bride orders

PAY:

Pay is based on experience, starting at $15 per hour and up to $17 per hour with experience. We pay an hourly rate plus commissions on personal sales. Commissions start once training is completed (we train extensively, and training can take anywhere from 1-2 months depending on the candidate). We also offer our customers the option to leave credit card tips (tips are not collected while training). With hourly pay, commission, and tips combined, our Part-Time Bridal Stylists make on average $30-50 per hour pre-tax! 

Hours:

A Part-Time Bridal Stylist position is about 7-12 hours per week. Two Hearts Bridal is open on Monday & Friday from 12pm-5pm, Wednesday & Thursday from 12pm-7pm, Saturday from 10am-5pm and Sunday from 10am-3pm. We are closed on Tuesdays. Weekend availability is not negotiable.

FULL-TIME BENEFITS:

Our Full-Time Bridal Stylists (those who work at least 30 hours per week on average), qualify for paid time off, sick time, some paid holidays, and are offered the option to enroll in our medical insurance plan with Heart to Heart Bride, Inc. covering 50%, as well as voluntary dental and vision plans. Part-time Stylists do not qualify for benefits other than sick time.

Runner

A Runner is a team member who supports our Stylists during our busiest times by pulling gowns for the next brides appointment, bagging go backs and putting gowns away, cashing out customers and answering the phone. This is a vital role on our team on the weekends and we are currently seeking someone who is available on all Sundays from 9:45am-3pm, as well as some Saturdays from 9:30am-5pm. This is a great job for a high school or college student who is interested in the fashion industry!
